Installation Services
Ultimate Events provides a realm of services and many of them are at no cost for our customers. Please take advantage of our experience and knowledge when it comes to transforming your ideas.
No Charge- Event consulting
- Tent installation is normally included with the tent rental, except for will call tents. There may be fees involved for special situations such as concrete installation or setting on sloped areas.
- Dance floors, staging and flooring installation are at no charge if set on a level, flat surface.
- Initial job site visits in the Metro area to survey the prospective event location.
- Lighting installation for standard lighting items.
- Delivery and pickup
- Table and chair set up
- Linen placement
- HVAC and grill hookups
- Permit acquisition
Design Services
Ultimate Events is ready to help you create your unique event, rely on us for total event design and consultation. Think beyond the normal for our creative input to transform an industrial warehouse into a multi-tiered dining room; take a large open space like a park and turn it into festival grounds; or remake a sports arena into a multimedia presentation hall.
